Evans Lee's Tasteful House project in Jinyu Binjiang, Daliang, Foshan, is a modern, minimalist residential design that prioritizes practicality and warmth. The project, covering 120 square meters, was completed in January 2021 and focuses on enhancing parent-child interaction within the living space.

The project's unique feature lies in its restructured layout, which maximizes space utilization without compromising on functionality. By removing walls and repositioning key elements, the design creates a comfortable and visually expansive environment. The incorporation of a multi-purpose coffee table and custom-made potted plants further enhances the functionality and ambiance of the space.

Evans Lee's meticulous attention to detail is evident in the realization of the design, where the combination of ceiling lighting and strategic furniture placement creates a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The project's success is underscored by its recognition with the Bronze A' Design Award in 2021, a testament to its outstanding and creatively ingenious design.
