JOYE CHUANG Unveils a Neo-Retro Hotpot Restaurant in Kaohsiung

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Umami Luring: A Fusion of Classical and Modern Elegance

JOYE CHUANG introduces Umami Luring, a captivating hotpot restaurant in downtown Kaohsiung, seamlessly blending classical elements with modern techniques to create a neo-retro ambiance.

The restaurant, spanning 251.23 square meters, exudes a heartwarming aura, with a customized semicircle-shape tile facade reminiscent of a kiln, emitting a gentle breeze that complements the fresh ingredients and natural construction materials, setting the stage for a delightful dining experience.

The design team overcame challenges by demolishing the original staircase structure to enhance space and flow, while incorporating circular elements, mirrors, and lights to craft a joyful and mellow dining atmosphere.

Umami Luring, which won the Bronze A' Design Award in 2021, stands as a testament to JOYE CHUANG's commitment to integrating classical and modern craftsmanship to create stunning effects that elevate the dining experience.
