Shaoqun Chen presents the Staff House, a groundbreaking accommodation project designed to offer a unique living experience for LILANZ employees. Inspired by the vibrancy of the city, this project goes beyond traditional living spaces, emphasizing artful expressiveness and emotional interaction to provide a relaxing and surprising environment.

Designed to alleviate the pressures of modern urban life, the Staff House features a vertical design to optimize space utilization and create a modern, cozy atmosphere with creative lighting. The open spatial layout offers flexibility and a wide view, while the minimalist entry space and restaurant area exude a sense of fluency and future technology.

The project, spanning approximately 10000 square meters, is a testament to the commitment to simplicity, practicality, and environmental sustainability. By replacing composite plates with synthetically processed metals, the design ensures safety, comfort, and minimal energy consumption.

The Staff House has been recognized with the prestigious Bronze A' Design Award in 2021, showcasing its outstanding and creatively ingenious design that contributes to quality of life improvements.
