TSUNG-JU, WU introduces "Gray Territory," a modern pet grooming and photo studio project in New Taipei City, Taiwan, completed in August 2017.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
TSUNG-JU, WU presents "Gray Territory," a unique commercial space project that redefines pet grooming and photography. The design team's inspiration led to a modern and simple aesthetic, utilizing gray as the primary color to create a contemporary look. The project features a pet grooming center with a creative photo studio in the basement, providing a distinctive space for capturing pet moments.
In response to the site's spatial limitations, the design team employed colors and glass interfaces to expand the visual impact. The lighting and composite media usage enriched the space's ambiance, showcasing the pet grooming center's distinctiveness. The utilization of cultural stone, wood fiberboard, epoxy, and exquisite coating paint contributed to the realization of this innovative design.
The 76-square meter layout encompasses a welcoming area, working space, and an employee lounge, catering to the functional requirements of the commercial space. The design team's meticulous planning transformed the narrow and long space into a dynamic layout, effectively optimizing the available area.
TSUNG-JU, WU's "Gray Territory" is a testament to innovative design, blending industrial style elements, cultural stone, and creative space concepts. The project's successful realization and unique features have earned it the prestigious Iron A' Design Award in 2021, recognizing its practicality, innovation, and fulfillment of professional and industrial standards.
