SKF Office Design by Xin Lv Wins Iron A' Design Award

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

SKF Office Design by Xin Lv

Xin Lv's innovative office design for SKF, located in Wuxi, China, has been honored with the prestigious Iron A' Design Award in 2021. The 180 square meter office space showcases a unique blend of metal and non-metal elements, creating a comfortable and modern atmosphere that reflects the corporate culture of the traditional bearing industry.

The design concept, inspired by the need to revitalize traditional office spaces for a younger demographic, features abstract forms and innovative materials such as floor tile, latex paint, transparent soft film, crystal brick, and stainless steel. The space also incorporates elements of traditional renewal, reflecting the evolution of corporate culture.

One of the key challenges overcome in the project was the redesign of the staircase to optimize space and integrate the General Manager's Office on the second floor into the overall design language. The result is a visually striking and functional office environment that meets the aesthetic needs of modern professionals.
