FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Murat Gedik introduces the MG Assos, an innovative electric car concept inspired by the historical town of Assos in Turkey. The design features spare lithium ion batteries, taking inspiration from the concept of external hard disks for data transport, ensuring energy is always available for the vehicle. The unique spare battery system allows for additional energy, preventing stranding, and providing maneuverability. The design also incorporates a traditional kundekari wheel rim concept, offering a blend of historical and modern influences.
The MG Assos is a single door concept designed for four people, with a sliding door system allowing simultaneous exit for all passengers. The spare lithium ion batteries are easily transportable and can be charged like a mobile phone, offering convenience and flexibility. The design's stop lamps are inspired by the sea waves, reflecting the town's coastal location.
Murat Gedik's dedication to the town of Assos is evident in the MG Assos, with the design process initiated during his holiday in the inspiring town. The project took two months to realize and is a testament to Gedik's commitment to environmentally friendly and innovative designs.
