Weimo Feng's Bihai Yinhu: A Sacred and Noble Sales Center

Weimo Feng's Bihai Yinhu is a project that stands out as a temple of divine elegance, located in the scarce urban plot of Silver Lake Bay, China. The design is inspired by the "spirit of place" in architectural phenomenology, creating a space that speaks to people and evokes emotions. With a design area of 2000 square meters, the project is a seamless integration of interior and exterior elements, utilizing wooden fossil, aluminum plate, acrylic, and terrazzo to realize its unique vision.

The design's unique properties lie in its harmonious blend of interior hard and soft furnishings, ensuring the integrity of the project's implementation. The space is characterized by Gaussian coordinate lines, gentle curved corners, and a ceiling array shape combined with line lighting, reflecting the beauty of mathematics and the ultimate pure atmosphere. The use of the color "Klein Blue" adds to the design's dreamy and noble ambiance.

Starting in November 2019 in Jiangmen and finishing in June 2020 in Guangdong, the Bihai Yinhu project posed creative and technical challenges, particularly in breaking through the limited space of a traditional store and dealing with the relationship between storey height and vacant space. However, Weimo Feng successfully overcame these challenges, creating a high-quality, situational experience rooted in modern design.

Weimo Feng, the founder of MOD Architecture Design (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., is a Master of Architecture from Paris E.S.A and a Chinese Outstanding Youth of Design of 2016-2017 40 UNDER 40. The Bihai Yinhu project has been recognized with the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in 2021, reflecting Feng's prodigy and wisdom in design.
