Xingbin Yang, the Design Director at Ease Design, has unveiled a groundbreaking sales center, the "Lake Art Museum," in Nanchang, China. The project, initiated in May 2021 and completed in June 2021, draws inspiration from the serene beauty of the natural lake, resulting in a contemporary and poetic space that redefines the traditional commercial atmosphere.

The design concept, characterized by minimalist deconstruction, creates a technological, tranquil, and natural ambiance, setting it apart as a sustainable space for future community interactions. The center, envisioned as a future owner’s club, aims to provide a cultural and artistic experience while fostering neighborhood communications.

The design team, led by Xingbin Yang, has meticulously integrated the progressive water waves and the shape of the wind into the architectural elements, symbolizing the rhythm and tolerance found in the rippling lake water. The "Lake Art Museum" exudes a purified spirit and connotation, offering a unique blend of contemporary aesthetics and natural inspiration.

Notably, the project has been recognized with the Iron A' Design Award in 2022, a testament to its well-designed, practical, and innovative approach that meets professional and industrial requirements. Xingbin Yang, a prominent figure in the design industry, has been honored with prestigious accolades, including the German Red Dot Design Award, Italian A'Design Gold Award, and the American IDA International Design Award.
