Hang Chen's City Fields project reimagines the Puzhehei High-speed Railway Station as a dynamic urban space that seamlessly blends natural beauty with modern functionality. Leveraging the ecological characteristics of the area, the design aims to create a comprehensive "station-city-industry-landscape" space, serving as a new focal point for the Eâ¢Tâ¢I Pu Zhe Hei New City.
The project, realized in collaboration with China Railway Engineering Group Co., Ltd., embraces the Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) concept to connect comprehensive transportation hubs with the city in a three-dimensional way, ensuring convenient and efficient travel for visitors and residents.
With a planned area of 79,300 square meters and a construction area of 198,250 square meters, City Fields boasts a floor area ratio of 2.5, emphasizing a harmonious balance between urban development and natural preservation.
Upon arrival at the Puzhehei High-speed Railway Station, visitors can seamlessly transfer to various transportation facilities, experiencing the distinctive local scenery and customs that set Puzhehei apart. The project's integration of rural and urban elements creates picturesque scenes for both tourists and local residents.
Hang Chen's innovative approach to urban design has garnered recognition, with City Fields receiving the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in City Planning and Urban Design in 2023.
