Equal by Tklab: Innovative Bar Design

Ju Yu Wu's "Equal by Tklab" presents a unique bar concept, drawing inspiration from the comforting ambiance of caves and the ever-changing nature of water. The design features a sophisticated lighting system that enhances the wine tasting experience, along with multi-layered walls and intelligent light control for a captivating atmosphere.

The bar spans 1,743 square feet and strategically targets the female market with a focus on sake and cocktails. Innovative draft sake dispensing systems are employed to increase production capacity and offer a champagne-like texture, catering to modern women's aesthetic preferences.

The project, initiated in September 2021, was completed in January 2022, showcasing meticulous attention to detail and precise construction techniques. The design team overcame complex challenges in layout and construction, ensuring a seamless flow and practical functionality while reflecting an understanding of the target customers.

Equal by Tklab stands as the Bronze A' Design Award winner in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category, recognized for its outstanding creativity and resourcefulness. The design embodies best practices in art, science, and technology, contributing to quality of life improvements and making a significant impact in the world of modern interior design.
