Andy Leung's innovative design for the Shanghui Haoting Sales Center brings a touch of nature and metropolitan style to Shanghai's urban landscape, completed in November 2019.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Located in Shanghai downtown, the Shanghui Haoting Sales Center, designed by Andy Leung, combines metropolitan elegance with natural harmony, redefining the space with an indoor garden concept. The use of large trees symbolizes life and hope, while the integration of green plants and natural light creates a better life choice for the space. The ivory color scheme and regular patterns enhance the rhythm of the space, exuding an elegant and sophisticated ambiance.
The interior space is adorned with modern fashion style, interpreting the artistic soul of the space. The overall simple and elegant temperament mixes different levels of ivory tones in harmony, combining different styles and colors to create a modern, elegant space temperament in the heart of the sales building. The project area spans 1270 square meters and features main materials such as Gray Moire Marble, Walnut, Corrugated Acrylic, and Crystal.
The design team, led by Creative Director Andy Leung, worked tirelessly to overcome challenges, such as the severe lack of light, by installing a huge crystal lamp on the ceiling and utilizing floor-to-ceiling glass and ivory marble to brighten the space. The space encourages social activities and interpersonal communication, creating commercial value through innovative design.
Recognized for its outstanding expertise and innovation, the Shanghui Haoting Sales Center was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2020, showcasing a remarkable level of excellence and introducing positive feelings, amazement, and wonder.
