Shenzhen TIANHUA & Kaisa Group (Shenzhen) Co.,Ltd. proudly presents the Kaisa Yuebanshan Community Center, a stunning architectural masterpiece that redefines public spaces in Zhongshan. Inspired by the local culture and architectural layout of the Chen Family Ancestral Hall, this modern community center seamlessly integrates traditional elements with contemporary design, offering a multi-dimensional space for public life.

The three-story volume cleverly connects two terraces with a large elevation difference, defining the Community Center as a two-story building with public spaces on both floors. The innovative design accommodates various daily life scenes, providing a seamless blend of modernity and functionality.

Spanning 2100 square meters, the project features a 12-meter large span structure and a 5-meter cantilever structure to ensure optimal comfort and space utilization. The building's unique arc-shaped white walls and subtle lighting design create a sense of space and depth, infusing the structure with agile vitality.

Commencing in March 2020 and completing in April 2021, the Kaisa Yuebanshan Community Center embodies a harmonious blend of traditional elements and modern architecture, offering residents a space that seamlessly integrates with the natural landscape, bringing the distance between man and nature closer.
