Interior Common Areas of Highpark Suites

MIL Design & Construction has redefined urban living with the interior common areas of Highpark Suites. The project, completed in September 2020, encompasses the lobby, entrance drop-off areas, sky courts, and amenity spaces, offering a unique, sustainable, and holistic community for the Gen-Y. The design reflects the needs of the new urban generation, featuring small, intimate spaces, sustainable living, and cozy nooks.

The project utilized sophisticated timber veneers, bronze mirrors, curated artwork, customized rugs, and feature walls designed as art pieces. The common areas are designed to be an extension of residents' homes, featuring a business center, multipurpose hall, children's room, gym, library, and sky pavilion. The design also focused on safety, maintenance, and creating spaciousness in areas with low ceilings and structural restrictions.

MIL Design & Construction's work spanned across 13 different areas over multiple floors, offering residents and visitors a diverse range of ambiences and functions at different times of the day. The project, which started in June 2016, was a response to the changing design function, technology, and client briefs, resulting in a four-year evolution to ensure precise coordination and avoid abortive works.
