Residence T by Matter Ltd

Matter Ltd proudly presents Residence T, a 14,000 sq.ft. ultra-lavish abode that channels modern French aesthetics, melding neoclassical influences with subtle patterns and forms. The design is a timeless palette of classic tones, creating a fresh yet relaxed feel.

The client's preference for a moderate French design style and a primarily white color palette influenced the layout, resulting in a grand foyer, spacious living and dining areas, and a private living space for the client and their family. The cohesive and elegant design approach reflects thoughtfulness and intentionality, meeting the demands of the space while accommodating the client's preferences.

The project, which started in January 2020 in Hong Kong, was completed in October 2022. The design team overcame challenges in merging three individual houses to create a functional living space, evenly distributing functions and creating suitable spaces for daily activities. The interior design is full of character, with pared-back tones complementing a collection of art and furniture.
