Wang Xi Fashion Studio: Mi Qiangqiang's Innovative Retail Space

"Wang Xi Fashion Studio" by Mi Qiangqiang is an independent fashion designer brand store that redefines retail space with fabric-inspired elements. The 81sqm space, completed from March 2019 to May 2019, takes "fabric" as the starting point, creating consistency between space and clothing brand. The design incorporates a 30sqm workplace and reorganizes functional areas in the limited 50sqm area, enriching the display space with a dressing room and an incompletely independent space for tea breaks.

The design utilizes Lan Sen Fire board, Terrazzo Floor tiles, and Elm to realize the fabric-inspired concept, while overcoming challenges to create a space that is different from conventional retail spaces. The innovative design was awarded Bronze in A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2020, recognizing its creative ingenuity and contribution to quality of life improvements.

PaM Design Office, Mi Qiangqiang's architectural studio, aims to create value while solving problems, rethinking the possibility of every space. The studio's unique definition of architecture draws conclusions from incomplete data, reflecting its commitment to exploring different space types and materials.
