Rongbaohang BMW: Redefining the 5S Store Concept

Rongbaohang BMW, designed by Yixian Chen, stands as a testament to sustainable and innovative design. The project, located in Binhai New Area, Tianjin, covers 3496 square meters, offering a unique blend of modernity and natural elegance. The renovation reduced the office space by 50%, expanded the customer lounge area by 30%, and increased the vehicle display area by 6%.

The project, which commenced in August 2022 and concluded in January 2023, faced various challenges, including labor and cost management. The design team overcame these challenges by integrating sustainability into every detail of the project, reimagining the lighting system, and incorporating wooden grilles at high windows to create a harmonious interplay of natural textures and modern technology.

The design also features a unique water system landscape, symbolizing vastness and wisdom, and a dramatic new car delivery workshop that adds a sense of ceremony, providing emotional value to consumers. The project's unique and penetrating circular motion line, along with the iconic three-color slash bar, creates a dynamic and immersive experience for visitors.
