Residential - Condominium Design by Tan Si Yuan & Lee Sin Yee

Tan Si Yuan's Pins Studio presents "Simple Pleasures," a cozy minimalist Scandinavian-inspired condo design in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The design, completed in July 2019, offers a bright and spacious home for a couple with young children, reflecting their love for a serene and pleasant living space.

The 118 square meter residence features a neutral palette of light tones and soft furnishings, meticulously curated to create a harmonious and elegant atmosphere. The design incorporates herringbone flooring, full-height storage cabinets, and a multifunctional kitchen, seamlessly blending style and functionality.

The project, which started in November 2018, overcame challenges such as demolishing works and column location considerations to deliver a versatile and carefree interior space. The design was recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in 2021 for its well-designed, practical, and innovative approach.
