Drawing inspiration from the historical riverfront setting and traditional residential communities, the hotel offers 31 rooms with stunning views and convenient accessibility via both car and boat. The design aims to evoke a sense of tranquility, seamlessly integrating with the hotel's functional areas across various sections.

The hotel's unique postal code "10600" corresponds to the Khlong San district, capturing the distinctive essence of this boutique hotel. With a comprehensive spatial program, including a Drop off and Arrival court, Lobby, Multi-function room, two swimming pools, a rooftop bar and restaurant, and more, the hotel ensures a multifaceted experience for guests, catering to various needs and preferences throughout their stay.

Embracing sustainable design practices, the hotel's construction minimizes disruption to its surrounding context. The modular steel structure and prefabricated wooden panels were assembled on site to reduce construction waste, maintaining harmony with its community. The Softscape design cultivates a lush atmosphere with carefully selected plant species tailored to specific functions and areas, ensuring easy, long-term maintenance.
