Renaissance Planners & Designers proudly presents 3G Home, a stunning residential house design that redefines modern living in Singapore. The project, which commenced in October 2021 and concluded in December 2022, is a testament to the firm's commitment to creating sustainable and timeless architectural marvels.

The design inspiration for 3G Home revolves around the concept of a pure white architectural facade that exudes timeless elegance and fosters a harmonious blend of modern and timeless charm. The project prioritizes sustainable and durable materials to minimize long-term maintenance costs, creating a tranquil atmosphere for its occupants.

One of the unique features of 3G Home is the introduction of a new third storey onto the existing two-storey intermediate terrace house. Despite the additional floor, the house remains well-lit and well-ventilated, with small windows, double-volume dining areas, and skylights allowing natural light and ventilation into the internal spaces.

The project's emphasis on sustainability is evident in its approach to repurposing old structures, thereby significantly reducing waste and minimizing the carbon footprint associated with manufacturing and transporting construction materials. This environmentally friendly approach aligns with Renaissance Planners & Designers' commitment to responsible urban development.

3G Home has been recognized for its excellence, receiving the prestigious Iron A' Design Award in 2024. This accolade celebrates the design's practicality, innovation, and adherence to professional and industrial requirements, solidifying its status as a well-designed and impactful creation.
