Han Guangyu Ma Sha's office space design in Kunming, Yunnan, is a testament to the fusion of diversity, high technology, and vitality. The project, covering an area of 3200ã¡, features a rational division of dynamic and static spaces, promoting transparency and emotional connectivity within the workplace. The design aims to inspire a predominantly young workforce by breaking down the boundaries between work and life, fostering a dynamic, efficient, and environmentally friendly space.
The design's realization technology prioritizes safety and health, incorporating fire-resistant and environmentally friendly materials. The use of safe colored paints, metal elements, and strategic lighting creates a harmonious and technologically advanced ambiance. The project also integrates the brand's color and graphics, offering a variety of activity spaces and maximizing the building's height and city views to enhance the working environment.
The project commenced in March 2020, with construction beginning in May 2020 and completion in July 2020, culminating in an official opening in August 2020. The design was driven by the research objective of creating efficient and innovative working spaces suitable for the present and future, with a focus on providing a real inspirational atmosphere for office workers. The project overcame challenges related to space utilization, collaboration considerations, and a tight construction timeline, showcasing the effective cooperation between the design team, construction side, and the client.
