Filippo Caprioglio's latest project, "Home FT3," is a sustainable single-family house in Mogliano Veneto, Italy, designed to offer maximum comfort in a quiet urban environment.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Caprioglio Architects is proud to unveil their latest project, "Home FT3," a sustainable single-family house located in Mogliano Veneto, Italy. The design is a testament to the firm's commitment to sustainable architecture and offers a contemporary living space that prioritizes comfort and functionality.
Constructed with a concrete skeleton to support overhangs and open corners, "Home FT3" is clad with insulation and plaster on the exterior and drywall on the interior, creating a passive intelligent home that maximizes natural light and energy efficiency. The 300 sq meter L-shaped house features a core volume housing the kitchen, equipped with the latest high-end solutions for energy savings, including geothermal and rainwater collection systems.
Designed to meet the client's desires for sustainability and comfort, "Home FT3" is a modern architectural marvel that integrates seamlessly into the urban landscape of Mogliano Veneto. The project, which commenced in March 2019 and was completed in June 2021, presented unique challenges due to the dense urban context and stringent regulations, leading the design team to conduct in-depth research to achieve the desired outcome.
