Spanning 68 square meters, Nantian 99 is a smart home that seamlessly incorporates conventional wall plates, creating a sense of harmony by blending materials, functionality, and technology. The house features a dual-access refrigerator, under-bed lighting, and a water dispenser that can automatically boil and chill drinking water.

The essence of Nantian 99 lies in its exceptional choice of materials, primarily sourced from the local region, harmonizing with the natural surroundings and evolving gracefully over time. The project was completed in January 2023 in Taiwan, where time-honored charm intertwines with contemporary comforts, resulting in a harmonious haven that transcends expectations.

Chen Meng Hsiang, the mastermind behind Nantian 99, is an interior designer based in Taiwan, focusing on process enhancement and smart home design. Chen's commitment to accessible, enduring, and harmonious interior design services has earned recognition, including the prestigious Iron A' Design Award in 2024.
