FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
PTW Architects is proud to present Future Is Boundless, a revolutionary residential project located in the heart of Taichung City, Taiwan. The design draws inspiration from the city's largest shopping area and the nearby High-Speed Rail station, incorporating the principles of 'frame, mass, balcony, and trims' to establish a representative landmark for the future city of Taichung High-Speed Rail. The project offers a unique architectural style and a deep insight into the development of the area, reflecting a vision of the future city image.
Rhythm-Mass and Trims: Future Is Boundless boasts a spatial structure presented in a 1:1:1 ratio, creating a coordinated proportional relationship and forming a unique rhythm. The project's distinctive roof structure and slender vertical frame transform the massive volume into an aesthetically pleasing architectural masterpiece.
Realization Technology: The building features a combination of ivory aluminum cladding, glossy dark granite, dark brown grilles, and various glazed tiles, along with laminated glass, showcasing a blend of modern and traditional building materials.
Specifications: With a total floor area of 147771.89 square meters, the project comprises 4 floors underground and 28 floors above ground, offering a range of shared facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, library, and more. The green cover ratio is 52.18% on the ground floor and 34.50% on the roof, emphasizing sustainability and eco-friendly design.
Future Is Boundless sets a new standard for urban living, featuring world-class architecture, iconic landmark status, rhythmic design, and a focus on green building materials and low-carbon sustainability. The spacious atrium and resort-class shared facilities enhance the vibrancy of the community, creating a diverse and functional environment for residents.
The project was awarded the prestigious Iron A' Design Award in 2024, recognizing its well-designed, practical, and innovative approach that meets professional and industrial requirements, contributing to a better world.
