Sunac Plaza: A Modern Urban Commercial Center

Huai’an Guochuang Real Estate Co., Ltd. proudly presents Sunac Plaza, an urban commercial center located at the intersection of Yan'an East Road and Tianjin Road in Qingjiangpu District, Huai’an. This project, jointly built by Sunac China and Huai’an SJID Group, encompasses commercial streets, a shopping mall, and boutique residences, covering a gross floor area of about 700,000 sqm and a commercial volume of about 100,000 sqm. The project comprises Block A, B, and C, with Block C housing a shopping mall with a net commercial volume of 85,000 sqm.

The project enjoys a privileged location, close to the Jing Hang Grand Canal and Liyun River, offering a unique waterfront plaza with an excellent landscape. The shopping mall integrates international brands, providing quality services including recreation, delicious food, and cultural and creative activities. The open commercial streets not only offer a better leisure experience beyond shopping but also aim to create a fashion center in Huai’an.

The facade is conventionally designed into three vertical parts, mainly made of beige stone material and stone-effect paint, edged with grey aluminum plates. The exquisite facade integrates with the environment in an elegant and meticulous manner, presenting a unified yet varying picture. The project also focuses on energy conservation and environmental protection, utilizing solar energy and adopting energy-saving building envelope and insulated materials for windows and doors to build green buildings with better thermal insulation quality.

Focusing on modernization and high quality, Sunac Plaza offers quality modern residences with reasonable functional divisions and road network, better integrating with the city. The project is consistent with long-term regional economic development and follows a people-oriented design concept, creating an optimal living environment. The construction period for Sunac Plaza was from October 2018 to October 2022.

The project was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2020, recognizing its outstanding expertise and innovation in construction and real estate projects design.
