Grace: A Low-key Luxury Style Residence Design

9BAU INTERIOR DESIGN is proud to introduce "Grace," a stunning low-key luxury style residence design conceptualized and brought to life by the talented designer Hung-Hui Lu. The project, completed in June 2022 in Taiwan, is a testament to the designer's exceptional creativity and attention to detail, earning the prestigious Bronze A' Design Award in 2023.

The "Grace" project is a remarkable fusion of form and function, meticulously crafted to reflect the unique lifestyle and preferences of the clients, who are prominent figures in the financial industry. The design exudes a sense of understated elegance, incorporating metallic elements and a calm style to create a space that seamlessly balances privacy, flexibility, and independence.

The core strength of "Grace" lies in its thoughtful realization of the client's status and preferences. From the strategic use of moru glass to preserve privacy in the foyer to the incorporation of symbolic elements such as snowflake-shaped mineral slabs and a painting with a horse to signify a successful career, every detail has been carefully curated to elevate the living experience.

One of the key highlights of the design is the seamless integration of technology and functionality. The dining table, crafted with a ceramic tile top and an Indian black antique side table, exemplifies the designer's commitment to both aesthetic appeal and practicality. The innovative use of materials not only enhances the visual appeal but also addresses the need for durability and ease of maintenance.

Spanning an area of 247.9 square meters, "Grace" features three bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, and four bathrooms. The meticulous attention to detail is evident in the strategic repositioning of the master bedroom door to address Feng-Shui concerns and the creation of a semi-open TV wall to delineate spaces while maintaining a sense of openness.

The challenges posed by the unique spatial layout were ingeniously overcome, with the designer employing creative solutions such as a marble TV wall to separate spaces and the use of Tawney glass to enhance transparency. The resulting design not only resolves technical obstacles but also elevates the visual and functional aspects of the residence.

From the dark gray color palette accented with gold to the exquisite detailing of the kitchen island dining table and stylized wine cabinet, "Grace" embodies a harmonious blend of luxury and functionality, reflecting the designer's unwavering commitment to creating spaces that resonate with the clients' lifestyle and values.
