The exterior features square cement hollow bricks, squeezed stones, and gray aluminum grilles, creating a 12-meter-long, 2-story facade that harmonizes with the surroundings. The interior presents a simple, low-key design, offering a relaxed and secluded lifestyle.
The public space on the first floor provides entertainment, dining, and communication functions, while the natural and harmonious atmosphere integrates with the surrounding environment, offering a serene living experience.
The Chen home project began in April 2022 and was completed in Taipei in December 2022, showcasing the designer's emphasis on natural harmony and sustainable living.
The project was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2024, recognizing its practical and innovative approach that meets professional and industrial requirements.
