Greenjun Design Unveils the Multi-Tiered Immersive Space in China
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Greenjun Design, led by Xiaojun Hu, presents "Wood Harmony," a holistic design project for a four-story villa that seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor living spaces. The design, completed in March 2023, aims to create a serene and pristine ambiance that harmonizes with nature, utilizing light-hued wood and cave-like materials to craft a multi-tiered immersive space.
The 1100 square meter villa features a deliberate effort to soften the sense of age, with the ground floor ingeniously utilizing the outdoor garden's sloped design to minimize visual disparities while weaving in a play of light. The first-floor terrace offers a glimpse of the garden connecting to the basement, creating the illusion of being on the second floor.
Bedroom spaces are enveloped in deep wooden hues that harmonize with the natural outdoor landscape, while the bathrooms feature a distinctive rough stone texture, simulating the ruggedness of mountains and enhancing the integration with the surrounding scenery. The project, winner of the Silver A' Design Award in 2024, offers a space of sensory luxury, inviting residents to immerse themselves in nature and unwind.
