Twin Park: Innovative Renovation Project by Housesolver creative Ltd.

Housesolver creative Ltd. has completed the renovation of Twin Park, a modern residence designed for a newlywed couple in Taiwan. The project, finished in January 2022, aimed to blend the couple's love for American style with sustainable design elements, creating a personalized and functional living space.

The innovative design preserved the original partition structure, enhancing interaction and enlarging the sense of space. The use of diverse materials and the preservation of existing building materials added layers to the space, giving it a unique and personalized look.

The 195 square meter space on the ninth floor of a six-year-old apartment was transformed into a spacious and flexible area, integrating the living room, dining room, game room, and master bedroom to enhance family interaction. The "branch-like" circulation allows for easy movement, reducing the discomfort of crowding.

After the couple moved in, they expressed high satisfaction with the project, particularly praising the variety of storage features and the aesthetics of the interior design. The new layout has made their lives comfortable and relaxing, allowing for smooth organization and storage while creating a pleasing atmosphere.

The project was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in 2024, recognizing its outstanding and creatively ingenious design that authentically combines experience and resourcefulness, contributing to quality of life improvements.
