kalbod studio introduces Sorkhroud Seaside Town, a groundbreaking urban design project located in the north of Iran, aiming to redefine the concept of villa towns with its innovative approach to spatial design and privacy.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
kalbod studio presents Sorkhroud Seaside Town, a revolutionary urban design project that reimagines the traditional concept of villa towns. The project, located in the north of Iran, covers a vast 48000 m² land and comprises 71 villa units, each uniquely designed to offer breathtaking views and maximum privacy. The innovative use of volume rotations ensures that every villa benefits from panoramic perspectives while maintaining seclusion from neighboring units.
One of the key strengths of Sorkhroud Seaside Town lies in its ability to create a cohesive yet individualistic living space. The carefully orchestrated rotations of the villa units form a harmonious puzzle, where the removal of a single villa would disrupt the entire complex's coherence. This approach not only showcases the design's uniqueness but also highlights its exceptional attention to detail and spatial harmony.
Emphasizing the relationship between surfaces and forms, the project utilizes micro cement for the final layer, creating a pure and white coating that enhances the purity of the volumes. Additionally, the strategic placement of parking limits within the combined modules demonstrates a seamless integration of positive and negative spaces, addressing the challenge of accommodating ample parking while maintaining the project's aesthetic integrity.
Designed by Principal Architect Mohamad Rahimizadeh and a dedicated team of architects, interior designers, and visualization experts, Sorkhroud Seaside Town embodies a narrative approach to volumetric masses, resulting in a dynamic interplay of forms and surfaces. The project's construction commenced in February and is projected to conclude within the next two years, marking a significant milestone in redefining contemporary villa living in Iran.
