FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Ming Kai Hsu's "Between Light and Corridor" is a groundbreaking residential design project that breathes new life into a 30-year-old house, infusing it with a sense of modernity, technology, and S-shaped curves. The redesign addresses the inconveniences of the past by reimagining space utilization, incorporating wooden materials, and maximizing natural light to create a vibrant and exquisite living environment.
One of the design's standout features is the introduction of an S-shaped cabinet that cleverly separates the living and dining areas, resolving the issue of a window facing the door. This innovative addition, along with the incorporation of loop patterns, effectively delineates and enhances the functionality of different spaces. Furthermore, the corridor leading to the bedrooms has been transformed into a technological marvel, featuring a dimmer system that offers diverse ambient settings, elevating the overall living experience.
The meticulous realization of the design involved the use of solid wood grille, steel brushed veneer, oak flooring, granite, LED linear lights, baking varnish glass, imported tiles, and FRP embedded bathtub, among other premium materials. The resulting 99.174 square meter space boasts three bedrooms, two living rooms, and a thoughtfully reconfigured layout that prioritizes comfort and convenience.
