The Yuzhou Group Tangshan Foushan Sales Center, designed by Kevin Zhou, has been recognized with the Iron A' Design Award in 2020 for its exceptional interior design. The property, spanning 420 square meters, is currently under construction in Tangshan City, China. The design concept draws inspiration from natural landscapes, incorporating matte metallic textures, old artworks, and dull colors to create a soothing and noble atmosphere. The integration of traditional elements with a contemporary design style results in a majestic ambiance that reflects the essence of Chinese culture.

The interior spaces of the sales center feature wooden screens that artistically depict the beauty of Chinese natural landscapes, adding a traditional touch to the modern design. The project's design philosophy emphasizes the unique features of natural elements, such as stone, trees, bricks, and tiles, creating a space that exudes vitality and uniqueness. Kevin Zhou, the director and designer of the project, along with designer Peng Xiao, successfully overcame creative and technical challenges to bring this innovative design to life.
