Hyp-Arch Design unveils Poly The Sky Garden, a modular and detachable sales center with a fresh metal texture, designed to stand above water, embodying a sheer futuristic sense.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Hyp-Arch Design presents Poly The Sky Garden, a revolutionary modular sales center that redefines traditional aesthetics with its detachable and fast turnover capability. This innovative structure, located in Putian, Fujian, China, is designed to be easily disassembled and reassembled at different sites, offering high geographic and site applicability.
The building, with a whole-body silver-white metal texture and ultra-white glass, exudes a futuristic appearance, appearing as if it is gracefully floating on water. The project leader, Yang Jiefeng, and chief designer, Li Dong, have meticulously combined transparency, reflection, coolness, and sharpness to create a space that conveys both rationality and a sense of rituality.
The 300 square meter structure is a testament to the future of architecture, embracing green benefits, mobility, and sustainable development. By deconstructing the functional divisions of the sales center into six modular parts, the design embodies a user-friendly residential concept, offering a new life experience and urban style.
The modular design method ensures ultra-high reusability, with special screws and waterproofing measures securing the basic modules. The innovative steel pile foundation system minimizes interference with the site, while the 150-ton, module-detachable sales center can be easily transported to new locations, minimizing environmental impact.
Recognized for its groundbreaking design, Poly The Sky Garden was honored with the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in 2020, reflecting its remarkable impact on the world of architecture and design.
