Revolutionizing Office Spaces: Dongdao Group Corporate Office Center

The Dongdao Group Corporate Office Center, designed by Haiwen Lin of Shenzhen Hetian Design Engineering Co. Ltd, is a pioneering endeavor that seamlessly integrates technology, nature, and space to create a natural and relaxing secluded office environment. Inspired by the Qing Dynasty scholar Li Yu's emphasis on treasuring nature's marvel, the design aims to cultivate a space where architectural language is momentarily forgotten, fostering a spiritual practice ground.

The 5th floor of Building A of Dongdao Group serves as a functional complex for the office of the chairman, reception area, high-level meeting area, secretarial and gift area, business banquet area, private resting area, gymnasium area, and wine-tasting area for private board meetings, offering a unique and multifaceted office experience.

Located in the industrial park of Guangdong Province, the project is a testament to the designer's pursuit of excellence, aiming to build a humanistic life in a small world against the backdrop of enterprise aspirations.

Embracing Chinese aesthetics, the design focuses on enhancing materiality and tactility to master spatial dimensions. By integrating traditional and regional materials in new ways, it crafts a warm and comfortable spatial atmosphere through texture and touch. The project was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in 2024, recognizing its outstanding and creatively ingenious design that authenticates experience and resourcefulness.
