CHANG MEI-CHING Unveils Well Vision, a Landmark Educational Center

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Well Vision: A Unique Approach to Microscopic Education

CHANG MEI-CHING introduces Well Vision, an International Centre for microscopic education, inspired by the London Eye. The center's unique building appearance features slanted structures and a circular steel piece, offering an open-minded vision. The project commenced in May 2017 in Taichung and was completed in July 2017.

Well Vision is designed to accommodate professional medical practitioners from around the world. The space is divided into a recreation area and a research zone, offering a vast realm for activities and knowledge exchange. The use of Denmark ROCKFON green building material ensures practical performance, including moisture-proof, soundproof, and fireproof features.

The design challenges were overcome by carefully planning the hidden circuits and selecting Sweden Bolon woven carpet for its anti-wear, fire resistance, and easy cleaning properties, ensuring safety and functionality. The project was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2020 for its practical and innovative approach.
