LONG TSAI CORP. introduces "Oracles Place," Taiwan's first Jewish temple, inspired by Durer's Praying Hands, completed in Dec. 2021 in Taipei, Taiwan.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
LONG TSAI CORP. proudly presents "Oracles Place," a groundbreaking project that marks Taiwan's first Jewish temple. Inspired by Durer's iconic oil painting, Praying Hands, the design concept revolves around curved lines, creating a unique spatial experience.
The temple's interior spaces are meticulously crafted with parabolic and catenary arch lines, seamlessly transitioning into small arched patterns. The design incorporates symbolic elements from Jewish doctrine, such as the holy grail and Star of David, transformed into spiritual displays.
Utilizing innovative materials and advanced engineering technology, the project includes a kosher restaurant, vibrant glazed glass displays, and gender-partitioned seating. The space, spanning 466 square meters, offers a cultural bridge for public engagement and educational activities, transcending religious boundaries.
