Private Collection: Embracing Neatness and Simplicity

Grey Su's Private Collection is a modern residential design that redefines living spaces. The 76 square meter residence features a living room, dining room, kitchen, and two bedrooms. The design inspiration focuses on creating a light and airy feel to expand the visual space, achieved through a consistent color palette and reorganized spaces. The unique interplay of materials, including wood, grilles, and paint, contributes to the home's cozy ambiance.

The design stands out with its unobstructed layout, allowing natural light to filter through and create a harmonious atmosphere. The use of reflective surfaces, such as mirrors, gray glass, and metallic materials, enhances the play of light, while the combination of cool, grayscale fair-faced concrete and warm wood adds a natural and rustic texture to the residence.

Private Collection is the winner of the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2023, recognizing its outstanding and creatively ingenious design that contributes to quality of life improvements.

Grey Su's design approach focuses on creating a peaceful refuge for homeowners, where time seems to slow down, allowing them to enjoy life in their unique way. The project was completed in September 2022 in New Taipei City, Taiwan, and showcases the designer's dedication to incorporating best practices in art, science, design, and technology to make the world a better place.
