Minyi Zhang Redefines Teppanyaki Dining with Casa Teppanyaki
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Minyi Zhang, an interior designer known for her minimalist style, has unveiled her latest project, Casa Teppanyaki, a Japanese teppanyaki restaurant located in Suzhou, China. Inspired by the warmth and comfort of home, the restaurant aims to provide a personal chef experience, focusing on the freshness of ingredients and the creation of healthy and fresh dishes. The 220-square meter space features five teppanyaki tables and a VIP dining room, offering an authentic and leisurely dining experience.
Zhang's design stands out with its 5-meter high ceiling, which has been skillfully highlighted to create a bright, spacious atmosphere. The teppanyaki table, typically a large and imposing feature, has been transformed into a unique semicircular design, adding a touch of elegance while maintaining a sense of intimacy. The choice of materials, including imitation white marble floor tiles, steel frames, and ancient castle gray marble, reflects a commitment to cleanliness and convenience, while warm colors and carefully placed lighting contribute to a cozy and inviting ambiance.
One of the key design elements of Casa Teppanyaki is the incorporation of floral and ceiling patios, reminiscent of traditional Chinese courtyard houses. This design choice adds a dreamlike visual effect, creating a sense of infinite space and a connection to the past. The restaurant's location in a shopping mall challenges the industrial stereotype of teppanyaki restaurants, offering a bright and simple space filled with floral art, providing a unique and refreshing dining experience.
