FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
"Hight To Hight," designed by Wensong Wang and completed in Shenzhen in October 2022, has been recognized with the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design for 2025. This innovative head spa and hair spa concept reimagines wellness environments by drawing inspiration from thousands of years of Southern European history, religious art, and the symmetry of Ottoman architecture. The result is a space that not only serves beauty and health functions but also offers an emotionally rich and visually captivating journey for its clientele.
The spa's design stands out for its meticulous integration of cultural motifs and modern materials. Distressed cement art tiles on walls and floors evoke a sense of ancient relics, while glass mirror surfaces and arched metal-accented door frames introduce openness and a timeless, sacred ambiance. The 199-square-meter space is divided into three distinct zones-an aroma healing area, a bar socializing area, and a cultural time gallery-each crafted to provide a seamless flow and an immersive sensory experience. Lighting inspired by cinematic art direction enhances the atmosphere, guiding guests through a narrative of warmth, mystery, and artistic charm.
Wensong Wang's approach involved extensive research into spatial art aesthetics and European architectural styles, resulting in a design that balances functional requirements with artistic expression. The project's unique blend of modern and vintage elements, along with its interactive and experiential focus, sets a new standard for commercial wellness spaces. By transforming traditional beauty and health services into a cultural attraction, "Hight To Hight" not only elevates the spa experience but also contributes to urban tourism and the city's cultural landscape.
