00GROUP's Cosmic Creek has been awarded the prestigious Platinum A' Design Award for Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2025, recognizing its groundbreaking approach to sustainable urban development. Located in Chengdu's Luxelakes Eco City, the 100,000 square meter project reimagines commercial space by weaving together water systems, terraced landscapes, and innovative architectural forms to create a vibrant, interactive environment for both residents and visitors.

Inspired by Chengdu's cultural connection to water, Cosmic Creek features an "L-shaped" water system that shapes playful terraces, a central plaza with cascading waterfalls, and a striking 106-meter geometric ring structure elevated 17 meters above ground, offering panoramic city views. The design's signature "Ginkgo Leaf Units" provide shade, irrigation, and lighting, merging modern construction with oriental aesthetics. Advanced digital construction and prefabrication techniques ensure precision and adaptability across the site's varied elevations, while close collaboration between architecture and landscape teams has resulted in seamless integration of green spaces and experiential features.

Cosmic Creek's layout encourages exploration and social interaction, with water and architecture engaging visitors at every turn. The project's innovative use of gradient ramps and multi-level pathways overcomes challenging topography, ensuring accessibility and fluid movement throughout the site. By prioritizing ecological integration, sustainability, and community engagement, Cosmic Creek sets a new standard for commercial architecture, demonstrating how urban spaces can harmoniously blend commerce, nature, and culture. The project is expected to be completed by 2026/2027, marking a significant milestone in Chengdu's urban transformation.
