Award-Winning Natural Life Dream Music House Showcases Harmonious Fusion of Music, Nature, and Art in Interior Design

The Natural Life Dream Music House, designed by Sunny Sun of MAORAN DESIGN, has been recognized with the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category for 2025. Located in New Taipei City, Taiwan, this guesthouse stands out for its unique approach to integrating the technological aesthetics of digital speakers with the inviting ambiance of a modern guesthouse, all while celebrating the client's passion for music, art, and the natural world.

Drawing direct inspiration from the form and function of speakers, the living room features a ceiling adorned with wooden slats and grid panels, enhancing both acoustics and visual appeal. The dark-toned ceiling creates a seamless connection between the living and dining areas, establishing a unified and intimate atmosphere. A striking weathered steel fireplace wall introduces warmth and tactile richness, while a translucent marble wall in the dining area casts dynamic patterns of light and shadow, adding an artistic dimension to the space.

Further emphasizing the connection to nature, the dining area is anchored by a hand-chiseled stone and solid wood table, evoking the rugged beauty of mountain landscapes. This thoughtful interplay of materials and textures not only elevates the guesthouse's aesthetic but also ensures a sensory-rich environment that fosters relaxation and inspiration. The project exemplifies MAORAN DESIGN's commitment to crafting spaces that are both technically innovative and deeply personal, resulting in a guesthouse that is as functional as it is visually captivating.
