Villas and suites are strategically positioned to preserve mature trees and the existing ecosystem, with structures elevated above the ground via a 600-meter floating rampway that doubles as a jogging track and viewing platform. Green roofs and porous lava stone provide natural insulation, while the use of local materials and the preservation of Ubud's lush flora ensure that Bumi Kinar remains deeply connected to its surroundings.
