Jeremy Tung's "Refined Serenity" reception center in Taoyuan City, Taiwan, has been honored with the Silver A' Design Award 2025 for its innovative blend of rational architecture, functional zoning, and refined hospitality, setting a new benchmark for multi-project real estate spaces.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Jeremy Tung's latest project, "Refined Serenity," has earned the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category for 2025. Located in Taoyuan City, Taiwan, this 1,024-square-meter reception center redefines the experience of real estate hospitality by seamlessly merging architectural clarity with a welcoming atmosphere. Completed in September 2022 after a four-month construction period, the center stands out for its sophisticated black-and-white exterior, rational lines, and a landscaped courtyard that introduces a calming touch of green.
The interior of "Refined Serenity" is thoughtfully zoned to accommodate multiple real estate projects, offering a comprehensive and flexible environment for both casual and in-depth client interactions. Guests are greeted at an entry counter and coffee bar, where the use of stone, titanium-plated metal, and mirrored accents evoke a sense of dignity and comfort. Beyond the reception, the space transitions into private negotiation areas and a curated exhibition zone, each designed to foster meaningful engagement and showcase the center's diverse offerings.
Material selection and lighting play a pivotal role in the project's success. Natural wood, fabric, and elegant chandeliers soften the ambiance, while metal and stone details add refinement and durability. The use of architectural grilles and frame lines-both outside and within-creates visual tension and guides visitors through the space, echoing the core values of stability and flexibility. This holistic approach not only addresses the practical needs of a multi-project sales environment but also elevates the emotional experience for every visitor.
"Refined Serenity" overcame the unique challenge of unifying various project concepts under a single design language, using elements inspired by Oriental notions of "round" and "gathering" to balance rationality with warmth. The result is a reception center that offers both a stable, impressive exterior and an inviting, comfortable interior, inspiring clients as they envision their future homes and investments.
