KitKat Chocolatory: Redefining Retail Experience

Unique Store Fixtures, in collaboration with Nestle, proudly presents KitKat Chocolatory, a groundbreaking permanent North American location at Yorkdale Shopping Centre. The design concept integrates a Chef Table and Maker Studio, ensuring a beautiful, engaging, and interactive experience tailored for the Canadian market and Yorkdale clientele.

The store's ultra-functional design, both in the front and back of the house, caters to high traffic and complex programming, setting a new standard for retail spaces. The project's success relied on the seamless execution and coordination of 60 custom millwork pieces, utilizing advanced design software for rapid development and rendering.

Customers can personalize their own Create Your Break Kitkat bar, choose a chocolate base, inclusions, and customize packaging. The Chef Table concept allows for interactive experiences in the open kitchen, while a standard retail section offers pre-made KitKat bars and merchandise.

Despite challenges such as appealing to diverse demographics, adhering to brand guidelines, and working within a tight timeline, Unique Store Fixtures delivered a remarkable retail space that reflects the brand's innovation and expertise.
