The design draws inspiration from the Fibonacci spiral, seamlessly blending order and elegance with the natural beauty of life. The project is a testament to the intelligent medicine revolution, set to transform the realm of life science.
The site, surrounded by rivers that divide it into distinct islands, features the captivating Dynamic Island at its center. Once completed, the project will serve as the demonstration base for Shanghai's intelligent medical innovation, providing over 500,000 sqm of working area for intelligent medicine subdivisions.
With a focus on highly efficient organization and concentrated formation, the project ensures easy access to the Dynamic Island, where a wide range of amenities, including restaurants, shopping malls, and fitness rooms, are seamlessly integrated. The innovative road network, based on the Fibonacci spiral, is designed to accommodate the possibility of automatic drive, enhancing accessibility within the campus.
Podiums on the Dynamic Island are designed for horizontal circulation, housing a testing center and exhibition center on the first floor, where services are provided by advanced robotics for telediagnosis and intelligent blood collection. The subsequent floors feature offices, social spaces, and research areas, fostering a seamless and dynamic working environment.
The project, spanning an area of 340,000 sqm, is a testament to Liu Jinrui's visionary approach to intelligent medicine and urban design. The innovative design challenges the conventional norms, creating a vibrant and functional space on the outskirts of the city.
