Greenland Intercity Space Station: Nanjing Office Plus

Renowned designer Yue Ding has unveiled the Nanjing Office Plus, a groundbreaking office space designed to meet the evolving needs of the industry. This innovative project, initiated in June 2018 and completed in December 2019, reimagines the traditional office model, emphasizing open collaboration and a dynamic, diversified workspace.

The 5000 sqm Nanjing Office Plus is a new landmark for the fifth generation of Green Space Office, integrating cultural and technological features to create a multi-dimensional, contemporary, and interactive environment. The space design abandons traditional standardized layouts, opting for a smart, diverse office space that fosters positive office styles and communication.

The project overcame creative and technical challenges by reshaping the space with a multi-dimensional box-embedded design approach and contemporary art thinking. The result is a multi-dimensional activity center that combines collaboration, interaction, and social exchange, providing a flexible and diverse office space with an open and collaborative concept.

Mr. Ding, an experienced interior design director, has a vast experience in luxury hospitality, retail, and office interior design. With a career spanning Asia, the Middle East, and Australia, Mr. Ding's innovative approach has earned him the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in 2021, recognizing his outstanding and trendsetting creation that reflects extraordinary excellence and significantly impacts the world.
