Hot Koncepts proudly presents "Social Corporate," a revolutionary office lobby design in Ningbo, China, aimed at redefining the traditional office space into a vibrant hub for creativity and relaxation. Inspired by the significance of nature and face-to-face interaction, this design embodies the essence of a green, inviting environment that enhances productivity and well-being.

The 450-square-meter lobby features a seamless blend of marbles, mirror stainless steel, timber, and wave form plastic laminate, creating a harmonious and visually striking space. The design incorporates elements such as artworks, bookshelves, and cozy seating areas, encouraging occupants to linger and engage in idea exchanges.

With a focus on user-friendly functionality, the lobby boasts a clear circulation path from the entrance to the lift lobby, ensuring a smooth traffic flow. The 6-meter-high entrance ceiling leaves a lasting first impression, setting the tone for the inviting and efficient space within.

Martin Chow, the visionary designer behind Social Corporate, drew inspiration from the unique challenges of the 2022 stay-at-home period, emphasizing the need for green, relaxing environments in everyday workspaces. The project, which commenced in August 2021 and concluded in August 2022, reflects Chow's extensive experience and commitment to creating innovative, award-winning designs.
