Nanjing Hi-tech Zone Industrial Park

Yuannan Xu's innovative Industrial Park Planning for the Nanjing Hi-tech Zone has been awarded the prestigious Iron A' Design Award in City Planning and Urban Design for 2020. The project, located in Nanjing, Jiangsu, took one year to complete and involved thorough research and meticulous attention to detail.

The design integrates the surrounding landscape and the industrial park, creating a harmonious whole and providing a conducive working environment for the enterprises and employees in the industrial park. Through extensive urban planning techniques and adherence to Nanjing and Jiangsu's urban planning regulations, the project overcame complex land conditions and regulatory challenges.

Yuannan Xu and the design team, including Yi Wang, Ying Wang, Jiazhen Lu, and Yanping Rong, successfully combined the client's requirements with local conditions to develop a plan that was ultimately approved after several rounds of discussion.

This award-winning project stands out for its practical and innovative approach, meeting professional and industrial requirements while integrating industry best practices and competent technical characteristics.
