Emerald Design Co., Ltd. proudly unveils The Re Venue, a 76-sqm designer office completed in August 2022, located in Taipei city, Taiwan. This workspace, designed by the talented Mu-Chin Chiang, is a serene and poetic landscape that serves as a consultancy while advocating multicultural crafts and classics.
The Re Venue stands out with its unique approach to design, breaking down and borrowing forms of the Chinese Ming dynasty armchair, incorporating squares and circles to recompose the spatial formation. The color black, symbolizing water in Chinese Wu Xing philosophy, brings tranquility and scenery indoors, detaching the workplace from the hustle-bustle concrete jungle.
Utilizing existing structures and ready-made materials, The Re Venue minimizes waste and responds to sustainability awareness. The layout is clearly subdivided into three sections: a conference room, a supervisor office, and an open workplace, offering flexibility for daily tasks and hosting occasional interdisciplinary events. The design team's appreciation for cultural assemblages is evident throughout the workspace, creating a harmonious blend of crosscultural indications.
Completed in August 2022, The Re Venue is a testament to Mu-Chin Chiang's dedication to embracing oriental essence with a touch of poetic elegance. The workspace not only serves clients as a consultancy but also advocates multicultural crafts and classics, providing a serene and productive environment for both the design team and clients.
