FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Inspired by the deep bond between a couple and their beloved parrot, Chia Hao Tung's "Parrot and Human" design redefines the concept of a pet-friendly living space. The triangular roof in the common area forms an elegant birdcage image, symbolizing a family of three under the same roof and fostering a closer connection among all family members. The space, spanning 56 square meters, comprises an entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, semi-open study room, and bathroom, all meticulously crafted to accommodate the unique needs of both humans and parrots.
Utilizing layered environmental protection materials, including calcium silicate board, bamboo charcoal, anti-formaldehyde latex paint, and mineral paint, the design ensures a healthy and sustainable living environment. Abundant organic wooden elements create a warm, forest-like ambiance, while custom iron parts and trusses provide perching spots for the parrot, integrating functionality with aesthetic appeal.
The open floor plan in the common area allows natural light to illuminate the space, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. The thoughtful integration of hexagonal tiles, Morandi gray colors, and cleverly hidden doors enhances the visual flow and functionality of the space, ensuring a seamless living experience for both humans and their feathered companion.
