Logan TianLangWan Real Estate Sales Center by YHDQ Design

YHDQ Design presents the Logan TianLangWan Real Estate Sales Center, a project inspired by the four spring-like, sunny, gulf islands at the 22 degrees north latitude location in Zhongshan city. The design focuses on providing a unique private homes experience, offering an escape from reality and a holiday lifestyle.

Every inch of the 650 square meter interior space is designed to embrace the sun's moisture, offering breathtaking views of the sky and water blend from every window. The design philosophy follows the concept of "Less is more," presenting a more private and minimalistic space, deviating from traditional mansion design logic.

The project, which was completed from August 2020 to January 2021, faced challenges in breaking away from conventional design ideas and finding the right tonality positioning. However, the team overcame these challenges by referencing international private homes and household magazines, ultimately creating a unique and elegant space.

YHDQ Design, a Chongqing-based interior design company, specializes in space decoration for sales centers, showrooms, hotels, and clubs.
